World-renowned Japanese restaurant, bar, and lounge, OKKU, has reopened in Palm Jumeirah’s Marriott Resort. The popular restaurant was previously located at The H Dubai Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, bidding farewell to diners back in 2018.
The restaurant boasts a 20-meter Sushi Bar & Robata Grill, accompanied by luxurious seating options and a glamorous central bar in the OKKU Lounge. Both offerings prove a vibrant space for guests to enjoy a series of performances by resident DJs and artists, celebrating the very best of regional talent.
OKKU Signature Dishes
The menu, carefully curated by expert chefs from around the world, comprises the world’s highest quality ingredients, featuring traditional Japanese classics with a contemporary twist. From tantalising Tuna on Crispy Rice to succulent, high-grade Wagyu Beef, each dish is a testament to the restaurant’s finesse.
The restaurant’s interior is exquisite, exhibiting traditional Yakisugi wooden panels, signature stone walls and bespoke Japanese-inspired artworks in an ode to Japanese culture. Eight 3D printed Samurai soldiers stand at an impressive 2.20 metres, furthering enhancing the hotspot’s unbeatable ambiance.
